Terms of Use

This page is being reviewed and may change before the public launch.

These terms cover WDX for Windows, WDX for Android and this website, provided by WDX LABS (Hộ kinh doanh WDX LABS), Vietnam. By installing or using WDX you agree to them.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use WDX on devices you own or control. Paid features, when offered, are unlocked through Google Play under the plan you buy.

2. Beta

WDX is in public beta: features may change, and you may run into bugs. Everything is free during the beta. We will announce pricing before paid plans start, and the beta will never charge you without your explicit purchase.

3. Purchases

Purchases, trials, renewals and refunds are processed by Google Play and follow the Google Play Terms of Service and its refund policies.

4. Drivers

The Windows installer adds virtual display, camera and audio drivers so your Android device can work as a real PC peripheral. You can remove WDX and its drivers at any time from Windows Settings → Apps.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use WDX to break the law or to capture or share content you have no right to.
• Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute WDX, and do not reverse engineer it except where the law or an open-source licence of an included component allows it.

6. Third-party components

WDX includes open-source components under their own licences, listed on the Licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights those licences give you.

7. No warranty

WDX is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Streaming quality depends on your hardware, drivers and network.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for WDX in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending

You can stop using WDX at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the licence of anyone who breaks these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
